This case is a 9 year old female neutered Poodle cross presenting for carpal hyperextension. What is your radiographic diagnosis?

Findings

There is soft-tissue swelling surrounding both carpi. The carpal bones are misshapen, and there are multiple subchondral radiolucent regions. The left radial carpal joint is subluxated. Several interphalangeal and metacarpophalangeal joints are similarly affected.

Erosive polyarthritis with secondary osteoarthritis and joint instablility.
