This week’s case is a 7-year-old female neutered Boxer with distended abdomen. Just a single image this time. What is your radiographic diagnosis?

Findings
On a single right lateral projection of the abdomen, the stomach is markedly distended with gas. The pylorus is gas filled and displaced dorsally. The spleen is enlarged with rounded borders. There is poor detail in the cranial abdomen, and the distended stomach is displacing the remaining organs caudally.Differential Diagnosis
- Gastric dilation and volvulus
- Splenic congestion or torsion
