10 month old Labrador Retriever

Today’s case is a 10-month-old Labrador Retriever with intermittent left thoracic limb lameness. What are your findings and radiographic diagnosis?

Findings

There are irregularly shaped defects in the caudal humeral head of both the left and right shoulders. The surrounding subchondral bone is sclerotic. There is a small, linear osseous fragment in the caudal and ventral aspect of the right shoulder joint. The remainder of the thoracic limbs appear normal.
