Findings

There is retraction of the lung lobes and pleural fissure lines, consistent with pleural effusion. The cardiac silhouette is obscured on the lateral and dorsoventral projections. On a ventrodorsal projection, there is cardiac enlargement with an unusual contour on the left side. There is an alveolar pattern in the right middle lung lobe. ECG leads are visible on the thoracic walls.
