Findings
LEFT ELBOW
The anconeal process is ununited, the margins of the anconeal process and olecranon at this level are markedly irregular and there is periosteal proliferation present. There is marked intramedullary sclerosis of the olecranon and subtrochlear region of the proximal ulna.
RIGHT ELBOW
Findings in the right elbow are similar to those seen in the left.
Diagnosis
- ununited anconeal processes bilaterally
- panosteitis of the ulnas
