Today’s case is a recently rescued Pekin duck with lameness and fever. Take a look and post your interpretations in the comments.
There is diffuse soft tissue swelling of the left pelvic limb. There also appears to be intracapsular soft tissue swelling of the left tibiotarsal joint causing the joint space to widen asymmetrically. An osseous fragment is noted at the medial aspect of the joint. The articular margins of the tibiotarsus and the tarsometatarsus appear lytic and irregular.
