Discussion

Pulmonary adenocarcinomas are common primary lung tumors in cats. They commonly have mineralization and/or cavitation, and can metastasize to the digits. The extrapleural sign in this case was caused by a rib metastasis. Several other pulmonary masses and digital masses were found at necropsy.
