FindingsThe cardiac silhouette is markedly enlarged and rounded. The pulmonary vasculature is enlarged and there is a bronchointerstitial pattern in the caudal lung lobes. The remainder of the thoracic structures appear normal.
- Cardiomegaly (dilated cardiomyopathy, volume distension)
- Pulmonary edema secondary to heart failure
