2 year old female Yorkshire Terrier

Today’s case is a 2 year old female Yorkshire Terrier who presented to emergency in respiratory distress. Take a look and post your interpretations.

There is ventral swelling of the neck with a soft tissue opacity causing partial obstruction of the trachea- this could be an abscess or neoplasia. Other findings include pectus excavatum and redundant cervical tracheal membrane. The pectus excavatum is on one side only-therfore might be a result of negative pressure in the chest? The heart and vasculature are normal.
FNA of the cervical swelling is recommended.
Evaluation the dynamics of the airways with fluoroscopy would also be useful
