Today’s case is a 5 year old female neutered domestic short hair cat with lethargy and anorexia. Take a look at the images and post your comments!

There is a mild difuse intesrstitial pattern, with small cardiac silhouette and small pulmonary vessels. Right kidney appear to have irregular borders
R. Dx Severe dehydration
Suggestions prompt Clinical treatment and supportive therapy once stable, abdominal ultrasound to evaluate kidneys and gastrointestinal tract
