The pleural effusion looks chronial-rounded lung edges. There is a intestinal loop with gas in the caudal thorax on DV view and liver looks small with deviation of the small intestine frontally. I agree with vet74 that there is a right hernia. I also see dilated caudal lobar arteries and veins of the lt hemithorax on the DV. The constipaion could be a result of the injured spinal cord by the pin?

Thorax:
Lateral view:
There is a soft tissue opacity cranial and over the heart and a gas filled structure caudal to the heart. The diaphragm is not fully visible. Some pleural effusion can not be ruled out. The liver is not visible in the cranial abdomen
DV:
The cardiac silhouette is obscured. There are gas filled structures within the right thorax, the border of the diaphragm in the right side is not visualized.
Diaphragmatic hernia with herniation of the intestines and possibly the liver is very likely.

Caudal abdomen:
There is stool apparent in the terminal colon which looks distended.
This could be a result of some pressure due to the pelvic fracture
