Soft tissue swelling associated with severe lysis of the frontal and parietal bone of the calvarium. I suspect frontal sinus and periorbital area involvement as well. I can’t value the dorsal aspect of calvarium. The coronoid process does not to be involved.
D.D.:Locally aggressive bone tumor (condrosarcoma-fibrosarcoma); less likely an abscess or inflammatory/infectious disease.
I think we should speak not of lysis and destruction of the frontal and parietal bones with the presence of soft tissue component.
Думаю речь должна идти не о лизисе, а о деструкции лобной и теменных костей с наличием мягкотканного компонента.
Isn’t the swelling the same opacity as bone? Therefore is the mass not more likely to be new bone growth or calcification of soft tissues rather than just soft tissue swelling?
I cannot access the case!!!
The case should be available now.
