en la imagen numero 4 , se observa la presencia de una masa que ocupa el espacio de la porcion nasal de la faringe, por lo cual se debe ver dificultado el pasaje de aire.

There is an increased volume/mass of soft tissue density dorsally located to nasopharinx. This mass makes narrower the pharingeal space and it also displaces ventrally the larynx and the trachea. It can be related to an enlarged linfonode (lymphonodi retropharyngei).
