		<description>There is increased pulmonary opacity with bronchial and interstitial-alveolar pattern and peribronchial infiltrates. It seems to have two metalic and linear opacities within respiratory tract (staples from previous lung lobectomy). Some lobar brochi seems to be enlarged - bronchiectasis secondary to chronic bronchitis. The heart seems to be right sided enlarged wich could be related to cor pulmonale.</description>
