10 year old Cocker Spaniel

Today’s case is a 10 year old female neutered Cocker Spaniel with chronic, but recently worsening cough. Previous left cranial lung lobectomy. Take a look and post your interpretation in the comments. Answers available on Monday.

There is increased pulmonary opacity with bronchial and interstitial-alveolar pattern and peribronchial infiltrates. It seems to have two metalic and linear opacities within respiratory tract (staples from previous lung lobectomy). Some lobar brochi seems to be enlarged – bronchiectasis secondary to chronic bronchitis. The heart seems to be right sided enlarged wich could be related to cor pulmonale.
